On Dec. 13, 2018, the Salina Post reported on the upcoming opening of Old Chicago Pizza and Tap Room, which will welcome diners in its 8,060 sq. ft. space and seat up to 225 guests. Attracted by the business incentives and development opportunities, the restaurant owners found Salina to be a natural match for its fifth location. Old Chicago will be the first restaurant to open in connection with the downtown revitalization project.
